AirBoost-300
| The AirBoost-300 is a pressure booster
pump which is air-driven and will double air or gas input pressures.
Output pressure is adjustable within the 50 to 300 psi range.
Installation is fast with standard NPT pipe threads to inlet
and outlet air connections. Operation is possible in wet, dirty,
or dusty environments because no electricity is needed. AirBoost
has low maintenance and high durability based on stainless steel
and aluminum construction. Big in performance, the AirBoost is
available in two models. |

Air Flow Characteristics for AirBoost-300 |
When planning an air system, it is important to know if the
air booster has enough pressure and volume for the application.
The amount of output pressure and volume from the AirBoost-300
is dependent on the pressure and volume of air flowing into
the air booster. A larger air supply line to the booster input
will produce better performance than a small line. Generally
it is more efficient to use as much input pressure as possible,
and then regulate the output of the booster to meet your application
needs.
This graph illustrates some typical flow volumes and pressures
that can be expected with the AirBoost-300. Each curved line
in the graph represents performance at specific input pressures
which are shown directly above the line. |
