Thoughts on Wells Academy: I believe Wells Academy is a picture perfect example of successful partnership between business and academics, nowhere else in the nation that I have heard has ever attempted the training to our level of expectations, our youth of the Academy has allowed for us to remain flexible to our students needs and our partnership with manufacturing. We have been successful in training real disadvantaged students that are able to succeed in high tech industries
