Thoughts on Wells Academy:  I really enjoy the work environment here at Wells Technology.  The people I work with are very friendly. Mentor John Fairbanks has taught me a lot being here just under two months.

Personal traits that have helped you succeed: My personal traits that have helped me is paying great attention to detail.  Not only to the part, but also how to fix/rework the part and job I am on.
