capability includes 10 CNC Swiss Screw 7-Axis Machining
centers with automated bar feeders, 1 CNC turning center, and
1 CNC vertical milling center. Secondary processes include assembly,
heat-treating, grinding, and passivation. |
 Lean Production flow occurs in our clean and well-lit 31,644 sq. ft. facility. Each production machine has its own SPC computer for tracking work-in-process operations and assuring quality small size components. Precision tolerances are achieved in high tech materials to ISO and 6-Sigma standards. |
