Wells Academy
Manufacturing began at WELLS TECHNOLOGY in 1989 with a commitment to prompt service and high-quality products.  Customers include the aerospace, electronic, food, medical, and defense industries. Working closely with industry, we focus on excellence in customer satisfaction, and use modern practices with high-tech equipment for continual growth in manufacturing capability.

Our capability includes 10 CNC Swiss Screw 7-Axis Machining centers with automated bar feeders, 1 CNC turning center, and 1 CNC vertical milling center. Secondary processes include assembly, heat-treating, grinding, and passivation.

Lean Production flow occurs in our clean and well-lit 31,644 sq. ft. facility. Each production machine has its own SPC computer for tracking work-in-process operations and assuring quality small size components.  Precision tolerances are achieved in high tech materials to ISO and 6-Sigma standards.
